Products and Availability.
Due to popularity or supplier interruption, some items may be unavailable or out of stock.
We endeavor to keep the website up to date, however some stock may be previously committed.
All prices are AU$.

Colours / images of products.
Images taken of our products are displayed as accurate as possible on our website. Please note that what you receive may vary slightly to what is displayed on your monitor.

Damaged or broken products.

Mivian Designs value your custom and endeavor to securely package all products to prevent damage due to shipping. However, damages can occur, so if your order is received damaged we ask you to follow our guidelines below to allow for a prompt solution.
Upon receipt of your order, all the items must be checked and Mivian Designs must be notified of any damaged item/s within 3 days of receiving your order using the 'Contact Us' page. Include the invoice number, product code and a description of the damaged item/s and whether you would like a credit, replacement or discount.
Images must also be provided of damaged stock before you dispose of the item. Mivian Designs must authorise you to dispose of the item/s, failure to do so will void any credit/refund or replacement.

Order processing times.
All orders will be processed the day following receipt of payment.

Accepted methods of payment.
Payments can be made using PayPal, Visa or MasterCard.


Freight and how freight is calculated.
Freight is calculated and charged on the size, weight and destination of the order. However, should there be a variation to the charges stated in 'Processing & Shipping', Mivian Designs will confirm any variation via email prior to processing your order.

Shipping destinations.
We currently only ship within Australia.
